The film is based on the story of same name from the 1996 Malayalam movie Azhakiya Ravanan. Directed by debuntant Santhosh Viswanath, Chirakodinja Kinavukal has been produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames. The film will have Kunchacko Boban and Rima Kallingal as the lead characters along with Sreenivasan, Murali Gopy, Joy Mathew and Srinda Ashab.
